Our Mission & Vision

 The mission of CrossRoad is to reach our neighborhood with the good news of Jesus Christ by doing what Jesus did:  healing, serving, and loving people into Christ’s kingdom.

Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Pastor Scott Fairchild, Lead Pastor

Pastor Scott, our lead pastor, grew up on a farm in Kansas.  His schooling includes a BS from Kansas State, and Masters of Divinity from Oral Roberts University.  Traci, his wife of 22 years, is the great love of his life.  They have been bless with two boys and 2 girls.  Pastor Scott and Traci have been faithfully ministering at Crossroad for over 20 years, first as youth pastor now lead pastor for 13 years.  His passion is seeing people’s lives radically changed by Christ and using their God given abilities to reach others for Christ.  he enjoys sports (especially his children’s soccer teams), loves to laugh, drink coffee, and if you ask, he has plenty of farm experiences he could share with you.

Mike Andersen, Executive Minister

After spending over 25 years in the homebuilding industry, Mike responded to God’s call for him to enter ministry. Mike oversees the Youth and Young Adult Ministries at CrossRoad, in addition to advising on church business matters.  Mike, and his wife Melvianne, are both Graduates of Cottonwood leadership college. Mike is planning on taking the next step in ministry by moving forward to complete his Master of Divinity.
